Andersonville

 Andersonville Formerly the home of the city's largest population of Swedish immigrants, and is now growing a diverse Popularity within the Chicago area. Clean Swedish architecture, and parks are scattered throughout the area. Moving here could be for a few reasons. Whether it be for the Swedish heritage, as the neighborhood has a variety of Swedish gift shops, I.E: the Clark Street Shopping District. This is a place for the large group of bargain hunters all year around. Cultural based restaurants are plentiful, alongside a wide variety of antique shops, bookstores, and parks for those nature lovers. if you’re looking for history, you will find it in many ways. You can start at the Swedish American Museum.

 
 
The area has also become an arts haven, housing several galleries and theaters, including the famous Neo-Futurariam and the Chicago Filmmakers art house cinema. Andersonville structure tends toward modern two- and three-flats, with some larger complexes mixed in. It allows you to have the feel of the suburbs with quiet tree lined streets, yet have access to the city in less than 10 minutes.
 
Getting around Andersonville is easy with stops on the Purple and Red Lines, along with several bus lines, the neighborhood is easily accessible.
