I own several smaller apartment buildings in the Wrigleyville neighborhood. And from time to time I've needed help in renting open units. I've consistently gotten the best results from engaging the services of Josh and his people at Buzzer Real Estate. Unlike the bigger agencies, such as the Apartment People, they actually seem to care about my business. Other agents can bring in candidates, but those from Buzzer are the most promising applicants. And once these applicants have moved in, I've never had any issues. I'm not sure how exactly Buzzer does it, but keep up the good work.

I own 15 units in the Lakeview, Roscoe Village area....Over the 20 years I've been in business I've used NUMEROUS apartment locators...Apartment People and the Homestead Group just to name a few...Nobody has done a more efficient, professional job then Buzzer Realty...They do things I've never had any other company do..They offer walk-thrus with their prospective new clients coming in. I think it makes the building owners feel they are going to be turning over a pristine apartment. Other things like efficient credit checking and the signing of leases has been extremely easy.
